Introducing the Progressive Aphasia Communication Toolkit (PACT)—a novel instrument designed to capture real-world communication strengths in people living with PPA. By shifting the focus from impairment to ability, the PACT supports a more holistic understanding of communication.
This diagnostic tool was developed through a multistep, collaborative process involving speech-language pathologists, clinical researchers, individuals living with PPA, and their care partners.
